EVENTS

The purpose of all Creating Health events is to support each other in our commitment to our writing and our health. Here’s what recent attendees have said:

“I had not written in a very long time and being in your class made the writer’s block that would normally prevent me from working subside to the point that I was able to produce in an easy and undramatic way, and gave me a window into how positive other writing sessions could be if I incorporate some of these exercises.”

Past Workshops

Writing and Energy Support Groups:

 

Alternating periods of writing (75-90 minutes) and energy work (15-20 minutes) with time for optional sharing and feedback at the end. Lunch is on your own, bring in or go out. Suggested donation is $20. Size is limited to a maximum of 5 people.
